A People Person

its 9+ am and i was on my screen watching Good Morning Singapore this morning
it was a special kind of feeling watching my brother in the tv instead of beside me infront of it
he was awarded PAYM's Individual Award (Meritorious)
an award only given to 8 individuals among thousands of youth leaders
very prestigious indeed
i believe my father would be so proud as my mother was when she watched the 17 mins video of Good Morning Singapore with me a moment earlier

Techie me

i rearranged my desk again as my brother doesnt use the house desktop frequently

so now my desk have one pc and one mac with total of 3 monitors

cool shit

used some time to fix everything together

imac still have its external monitor.. but now a bigger one

finally decided to dissemble the first computer's cpu that we have got in this house

then started to look into things that can be made from a cpu

but i didnt really turn out good for now as those stuff needed more items and equipments to ensemble

did successfully make a usb fan from a cpu power supply

haha

a taste of first class honour

got back my results this morning
unsealed it with the east sider progs in 85
B+ A A- A-
its a damn good results all my friends will say...
but im just feeling unsatisfactory somehow
those grades gave me a 4.5 for this sem's gpa.

oh well i should be happy with it but just not totally

looks like the bell curve really is a bitch

another reason of the unsatisfactory feeling is due to the fact that this semester i took a least possible number of academic units in my entire uni life.

i really down with a flu and some throat stuff...
just woke from a 4 hour sleep..

there was a straight sequence of event that tore me apart
xphysique was quite a success and bis mag are glad with the happy faces from the participants upon receiving their goodie bags
sending out the volunteers and then waiting for the participants to come by..
followed by the packing up and home sweet home
i went home then then next day was the progs GM
wei rong send wen xin me and chief back
there are still many unresolved problems in my event
hope all will be done by the next one
slept like a knock out in dear's house on her tilam..
awesome sleep
rarely i could sleep that deeply
its just awesome
and today there will be progs item
but im having this bad throat day..

Fallen

I had to admit i had to fall. Without the long dependency with the suit and shoes. These equipment was taken away with all my stability a shooter possesses. Without it. It will take another few months for me to get back in shape again. So i backed out of the singapore university meet this coming saturday. I wish for the best for the team and my future shooting career.

Sunway progs retreat

Back from sunway lagoon. Su19 progs retreat. Cant summarise with just any sentence.
Long ride to and back.
Sang until kinda high in red box. Comfortable time watch nania with hotel room mates. And then followed by resident and huanted changi with the rest of the first wave progs. Waiting for second wave people to come.
Second day was mainly themepark and water fun. Now everyone knows im scare of rides. Haha. Ask until tired to ask me for other rides. Had one mild thrill ride and i screamed like a loser. Hahahh. Ep got the first hand experience. Didnt get what i wanted to do. Flow rider. They have a smart way to chop us hard. Oh well. Best for me was the water slides. Pool cold swim for awhile before dinner.
Back to the rooms and when we all had our little test with alcohol. I knew everyone of the senior was aiming to see me fall. I gave it to them with a good show. Hahah. And i earned my good night sleep.
Next day was the last day there. Woke up with an early morning swim with the girls while zh and adam join us after their gym. Good photo shoot too with trina's photography. Bathed and shopping before snacking for lunch and tada home sweet home.

Revisit the Home of the Divers

so i there early at east point mall waiting for chong and shane to come pick me up
before we head to kokfeng's place to have him join us
we reached our camp and saw shern jk and felix there already
so we had our passed changed and enter the camp
i had quite a mixed feeling
going back such as place of love and hate..
where i built up who i am and found blood shed brothers
it was also the place that i felt the worse type of torture but all for a greater good
we saw this time capsule that wasnt there before we left
its quite a nice logo there with Home of the Divers

i was first to be examine by the medical personnels and kept hoping for the best
until its my turn to see the Medical Officer..
he was quite a helpful guy
we knows that i really want to stay in NDU and with this injury of mine..
it make it hard to do that..
so he did help to write in and quicken the process of my issue..
hopeful in a year's time i will be back and ready to be review by the boards of specialist
it was really sad when he told me i wont be that fit as before anymore
but its the truth i got to accept
Hooyah to Capt Dr Teng of the Diving Medicine

it is also chin's birthday today
and we were teasing him with his intention of having his meal in the cook house of NDU
COS ITS FREEE
hahahaah.. we had a good time laughing and continued at Astons in sembawang shopping centre
this is also the first time i had to play the anti social game..
whereby everyone of us puts our phone together in one stack and the first person who touches his phone will get the bill
glad that no one got the pay the whole $160 bill hahhaha

Out of Hall

finally it comes to the day i need to move out of hall
things packed and stuff.. somehow i felt such an attachement to the room
room is still a dead room.. without shern with me
life wont be that fun and interesting for my year 1 in hall..
i must say part of me still mingling in 1243..
oh well

have been dumping things around at home..
with more stuff that i brought back from hall..
life in the holidays will be packing and throwing a whole lot of stuff man..
so many things that i want to throw away since forever
but these items consist of all those memories
one just cant simply throw them away

my books and notes.. i kept all of them from secondary3 until now
one by one.. all will have to go
pick it up one by one..
have a good smile and recycling bin they go
i hope it will be fun and fulfilling
