School Starts

i'll be making lots of changes..
after seeing the worst result i ever got..
i think its time that i give up on the things that are less important..
its time for me to focus..
one more week left to end my shooting journey in srjc..
i really hope the best of it..
nicholas did us proud by grabbing the gold award in north zone..
i still cant wait for the moment to beat his club record..
haha
i think i finally understand what this A level is all about..
its about the mind..
people that never gives up along the way.. and pulled up during the last moment...
my econs and gp..
i will tackle these two in two months...

RAHHHHHHHHHH

Insensitivity

went cycling to my Aunt's house at Tampines with my Brother..
took our bike downstairs and my Brother's air bag of the wheel busted..
so sad.. we got to walk to the bicycle shop near Damai Primary School there to fixed it..

here is the shop owner..
i believed we were his first customer..
cos i thought that yesterday was the first of his business..
haha
visited Grandma.. she is still as usual...
but abit thinner...
Aunt wasnt at home.. so we left after her maid returned..
returned home did abit of homework..
and waited for Brother to come home to go East Coast together..
at 12 midnight.. hoho..
its 12 and we went rushing to East Coast's Macdonald's
he was doing some website thingy with his friend..
while i chop a nice seat to watch the television available and do my electrochemistry..
just when i was ready to start..
i discovered that i didnt bring my data booklet over..
damn.. lol..
studied for awhile and the match of Germany Vs Portugal started..
everyone crowds round the television..

lucky i chop i went to seat.. or we cant be watching the match at ease..
i was standing on the Germany side and my Brother was standing and the Portugal side..
the score went 2-0 in 24mins for Germany..
hahaha.. Schweinsteiger was my man of the match man.. hoho..
oh.. theres one part.. Cristiano Ronaldo faked his injury..
the whole restaurant broke into laughter lol
so sad.. the game ended with Germany 3-2 Portugal..
my Brother, "this match is a waste of time to watch.."
hahahaha
he rushed home quickly after the end of the match and hope Mum and Dad was still in bed..
but they wasnt..
opps.. haha
slept at 5+ 6
woke up at 1
got ready and went for training
tried to do some work in SAC before i go training..
and the teachers were having their phototaking..
Ms Ng cut her hair again..
i got a big shock when i saw her.. haha..
just become a sister of Hin Hiang and Shereen le..

so.. when did SRJC have so many teachers?
went on to training..
was kinda relax using the new conveyor system..
i was being blamed for spreading the wrong information..
only the J2s need to come but i smsed all to come back..
but.. how would i know.. and i swear i didnt receive the second sms from Mr Ng..

just after i ended my last shot.. Mr Ng came towards me and said..
"Lin Qiang.. next time dont count score.. in a way.. you dont look for results.. but they'll look for you.."
at that point of time... i wondered.. did he read my blog? LOL.. or we're just having great minds C:

went Tampines Mall with her to return the Mio TV set..
had a big fight with her...
i guess i was too insensitive at times...
gonna reflect over this asap...
called the supplier for my gift for my shooters..
she says it should be ready by tomorrow..

Double Birthday

went to meet the guys in my class to celebrate Lennon's birthday..
queued for Suki Sushi and saw Felix with his SR friends then watched KungFu Panda in Cineleisure
and surprised Lennon with a small cake at Paradiz Centre
sung the birthday song and ended our outing in one of the Lan game shops..

went to school yesterday for the photo shoot and training...
i was wearing my suit when the photographers came in..
the famous guy with 3 girls..
one damn hot one.. lol..
he came in and asked.. "ahh hi mr ng.. is the captain around..."
lol..
they must specifically take my photo one sia.. not bad ah..
took one group photo and then continued with individual ones..

hope the college annual will be nice this year
training almost made me faint...
the focus.. omg..
my mind was spinning everything i looked at the target card..
well well
followed Felix and Shawn to Potong Pasir to meet the supplier of our shooting windbreaker..
reached.. and it was already raining..
lucky i had an umbrella with me..
walk to the industrial building.
passed a coffee shop..
"Felix... did you see what i saw?"
"i think so.. Michelle Chia right? haha"
Shawn didnt see the hot Michelle Chia and was jealous about that haha..
reached the Avenue Appeal Company..
looked for Richard..
he came out... and we confirmed if the red-black windbreaker is set to be unavailable
he thought for a moment and "wait ah.. i go check"
"hmmm got ah.. have liao.. got all sizes.. from XS-XL.. is it ok?"
WOW!!!.
just one day... from M-XL to XS-XL...
luckily i didnt rush Shawn to end the deal the day before..
if not.. all of us will missed our colour.. hoho..
anyway.. its Felix birthday yesterday too..
ate lunch with them after the confirmation of the colours of our SRJC's Crest and the words on our windbreaker..
Shawn went back to college while the two of us went Dhoby Ghaut to meet the rest of the shooters..

went Mind's Cafe at..... in the middle of Dhoby Ghaut, City Hall and Bugis..
we separated into two groups to play different games.. cos our size were abit big..
my group played LINQ (a linking game)... the true or dare blocks (uno stako) and SNORTA
i owned everyone in SNORTA btw. haha..
and Lennon came in free because the people missed him.. haha..
we came in and played SNORTA with us..
its 6 and we left to play pool at Paradiz Centre
play play play..
saw WeeTa and friends came in and same shop and played pool too..
a crash class outing.. haha
had dinner in subway and we saw Mark Lee too.. Lennon waved at him and all of us waved back when Mark waved to us haha..
ended the pool session and finished our outing in The Coffee Connoisseur..
haha.. i remembered the spell ok!
thanks to Wanyin.. she treated me the oren milkshake..
parted with them at the Dhoby Ghaut station..
where it points.. North-South line to the left and North-East lin to the right..
as always haha

i guess there is the National Day Parade 08 rehearsal going on now..

the results were not the main issue..
but i still must congratulate Henry and Shuqi for breaking their personal best..

and oh..
the novelty shoot was fun..
the NUS shooter shot 4 times on one special numbers card...
and 3 times on a card with positive and negative sign..
each shot taken was on alternate cards..
so the result..
10 + 16 - 4 - 17
its = 5
no one got 5 at the gallery..
but Henry got 4...
and someone for national jc got 6..
so the NUS guy shot one more on the sign card..
if negative means Henry wins..
if positive means the njc guy wins..
that moment was super exciting SIA!!
wa.. all of us was shouting and cheering for negative...
and in the end.. its really negative..

its one Top Notch hat.. Top Notch name card holder and 4GB thumbdrive..
cool man.. haha..

went to play arcade ..
won Lennon in the daytona.
lol
he treat me one somemore..
sad..
after awhile we decided to go play lan...
CS.. iceworld and awp..
Henry was big winner too..
didnt know he can play so well super pro..
haha
on one occasion.. Lennon suggested that we use knife to play..
and when theres only Henry left surviving at the opponent team..
Lennon used gun to shoot him down..
basket one.. hahaha...
meanwhile Felix joined Mr Ng and Ms Lin back to school to unload back our weapons and stuff..
i think we played too long..
when they reached North Point.. we were still in the middle of the game haha..
had lots of fun..

had ice-cream in Swensens..
shared the sticky chewy chocolate with Lennon and Trendy..
meanwhile played bridge with Trendy WanYin and Amelia..
the luck was with me man.. haha.. i won almost all the game
then earthquake time..
Mr Ng Bombed his pocket again to treat us that..
Lennon Trendy and i shared one earthquake hahahahaha..
we got the biggest portion la.. haha.. though the flavours was mixed up between tables..
but overall its still taste quite nice..

went Clark Quay with a few of my shooters..
those who can make it ones.. haha
people like Oswald and others need to go home..

so.. Brenda CiZhen Trendy Henry WanYin Lennon Amelia and i continued to Raffles Place then walked to Boat Quay then Clark Quay
entered The Hooters to see all the big boobs girls.. haha.. no la..
went in to drink....
i think the girls down there still think we are small kids..
dilute my whiskey until like plain water..
bloody hell..
next time its gonna be pure babes
went home after that cos its kind of late and no one wants to spend the extra money on cabs..

 

well well.. left one week of holiday..
my homework is still there..

today's event is the air pistol man and woman..
Amelia HuiQing and Mingyu..

all of them felt that they did badly..
but i thought otherwise..
i said well done to all of them..
why?... not because i want to provoke them of cos..
but i thought was that finishing the competition was already a great step
yes.. everyone did finish the competition..
well look in this way..
most of the other competitors have their very own training in the safra yishun itself..
we.. shooting for months in our college basement.. of cos felt some difference in shooting..
if you know shooting.. you know what will be important..
any difference will somehow affect your results
- light intensity..
- height of the table
- tiles of the floor
- temperature
and most of all.. its the atmosphere...
all the 6 of them had took something back home and ponder over
which i think is the most important learning point of the day for them..

after their shoot..
i also realised that all of them took this competition too seriously..
well this can be counted as a 'prelim session' for our nationals...
but they forgot whats required of them standing down there and take their 40 or 60 shots

went running round the reservoir again just now..

decided to walk the path i always took to go to school
this is my classroom block during primary 6
there is this basketball court..
my classmates then never fails to cheer my friends and i when we were playing matches

the after-school-hang-out area..
i still remember LinTing ChenFeng Kenneth..
the 4 of us used to always come and play basketball..
rain or shine...
and that time.. during our PSLE
our principle walked pass..
chased all of us back home to rest..

i think im like finding something in the past..

i've seen myself changed so much these few years and now..
'A' Levels
im not motivated enough truely speaking..
feel like going back to my primary school form teacher to talk to her..
i think she is still teaching here..
but i dont know if i got the chance to come back here when the term starts..

'Off' Day

thursday was the outing with my bff...
met her at cityhall at 12..
went yukiyaki to have the 5 hour buffet lunch..
know about her new skills..

its my father's birthday..
but i didnt have much time to celebrate with him

went to school to help out the "renovation" of the range..

automatic ones..

after much hard work..
we managed to remove these..

how can we forgot dickson too?! lol

from 8 to 4+, 5.. we managed to setup all 10 target catcher..
now the range have 13 bays.. cool man..

told me a very big news..
i couldnt believe my ears when i heard it..
its about raymond..

after we left the range..
i went home first.. while amelia wanyin henry lennon took their time to go east coast..
cycled to east coast and they just reached..
thats how slow they can be..
saw joanne huiwen and the guys of my class walking back towards the mac while we was going to the food court...
ate some chicken wings and satay.. DAMN SHOIK MAN!

i think i shall not say much about this..

tried to call amelia and wanyin if they still around in east coast..
but no one answered...
i thought that they were all in pub or somewhere with loud music..
so i cycled back to east coast from raymond's house after sending dear to her father..

reached east coast..
saw sheryl-lynn and cedric halfway through towards the marine cove
they told me the rest of them has gone back..
sad...
so i headed home instead..
few minutes later.. wanyin sms me and said they were in a bar..
haha.. just as i predicted..
well well..
think they had their fun..

 

way back home..
i stopped at the Jetty for awhile to watch the stars..
for that moment i thought that it was a fake thing..
i know in my heart thats what i saw..
its a shooting star!!!
that was like..
a burning fire ball traveling away from my sight of view..
i was so excited...
i wanted to msg some of my close friends..
but after i smsed to junliang.. i realise its quite 'off' to sms them..
like they will give a damn about it..
or understand how i feel at that very moment..
well well..
i guess i can only see stars with myself..
ITS A SHOOTING STAR MAN!!!
