Physio

Went physio for my knee yesterday
i knew it was important but thought it would be easy for me
it aint that easy to control those muscles without the tendants there
and the new graft in my knee now have no join with the bones so i have no choice but to wait
lai ah.. lets do some physio!

Baby steps

im beginning to walk again
without crutches
yea man.. the feeling of walking without that equipment feels good
feels that im alive again
i felt that i can do more and more
feel like going for a ride
for a run and stuff
but it aint that easy as positive i can get
haha
appointment tomorrow to have my bandage removed
soon.. its coming

Road to recovery

Life will not be that easy for me after the surgery today
My acl reconstructure was performed and it went smoothly
Mother and dear was with me all the way. So much thanks to them
Not forgetting many msgs from friends too. I ask dear to take a photo for me of myself to let me remember of this pain that i current suffer. So as to remind myself to constantly becareful when doing sports in the future
I am positive and i will be back in action soon. I will be persistent and be at my top during all physios.
I can. I will. I do. Hooyah!

SU19

Sports Unlimited 19 has finally come to an end
and i went through it as programmer for the first time
shag is shag.. but as much as we dislike the shagness
fun does stick along with it
seeing all our hard work paid off
events after events and a long distance relay run
defying all odds and all the shouting like no body business that showcases that progs rules is amazing

however, some of the senior progs will be leaving us, lets hope to see all of them back during our world lunch and camp preparations
promoting to senior level now
i believe all of us have part of them thinking if they can actually pull another event off just like our seniors
much expectations will be placed on us from now on SU20 programmers

well.. its 2 days before my surgery..
and im scare
perhaps this will be another life changing point for me

Inter subgroup games

Its was a good initiation by the chief progs to organise the inter
Sub group games. Initially i thought the idea was kind of lame. We playing against the other subgroup of how many people only. What fun can there be. But it all turns out quite fun when most of us are jacks or all traits. And within any subgroup there bound to be some stronger ones to support the group. GG.sg managed to win almost everything. Freesbie. Relay. Captain ball. Just not the mummy thingy haha. Great time to bond i must say.
