just found out that i got a scar on my knee area...
i think its cause by yesterday's trip..
but well... who cares..

so decided to continue sleeping

went training...

the feeling was not bad you know.. lol

went for yangshuo meeting...
seated down at the wrong place..
i tot they was my team members

james rushed here and there..
finally settled down in cca room 5
talk talk talk...
i got find some music for fashion show... college dance... friendship dance...
hmm...

found timo at volleyball court...
kena some scolding for ms V.... dont know how to spell...
then no more tennis in tennis court...haha
timo played a few mins in the volleyball court though..

went out to eat with melvin..

back to school..
was jenny and all..
while timo and i went bball..
nash and timo friend joined us..
play play play.. bball people came and i went running...
leg muscle cramped halfway...
haha
did some scretching after that...
hmm.. later still got to cycle to east coast...
woohoo.
i think today i am about to reach my body's body...
mind tired since after training...
yesterday's riding...
+ today's...

can drinking restore these energy?
